Additionally, Rayburn proudly secured the coveted #1 ranking as the overall leader for Best Benefits, a recognition in the Special Awards Category. The Special Awards Category acknowledges organizations that excel across a spectrum of diverse categories. Nearly 6,000 companies were nominated, and more than 166,000 employees were surveyed by The Dallas Morning News and Medium Giant’s research partner, Energage.
