Headquartered in Rockwall, Texas, Rayburn proudly serves 4 Member-owned distribution electric cooperatives: Fannin Electric Cooperative, Farmers Electric Cooperative, Grayson-Collin Electric Cooperative, and Trinity Valley Electric Cooperative. Collectively, these Members provide reliable electricity to over 650,000 Texans across 16 counties.
